The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the

fresh fruit and pastry options. It was a great way to start the day. However, I noticed the dining area became quite crowded, leading to some delays in the service.

The lack of clear communication about services is frustrating!!! The gym facilities seemed inadequate for a five-star property, and the elevator situation needs improvement, especially with long waits during peak times!!!

I just finished a 2-night stay in a Double Room with Sea View and Private Terrace with Hot Tub, and I was blown away by the delicious desserts at breakfast, especially the apple crumble and fresh strawberries! The rooftop pool was stunning with breathtaking views, and the staff even made a special birthday cake for me! I would absolutely come back here again!

I recently had a lovely stay at Fergus in Palma Nova. The staff greeted me with cava upon arrival, which set a nice tone for the trip. I opted for all-inclusive, and the variety of food was impressive. honestly, the best I've had on holiday. Just a note, some dishes could have been hotter. I recommend securing a room with a sea view. mine was small but cozy and offered beautiful views. The air conditioning worked just fine, keeping the room comfortable. The pool area could use improvement. While the rooftop terrace with the infinity pool is stunning, the main pool was quite cramped. I could see the sun only made its way around the pool area late in the day, so I found myself heading to the beach in the mornings instead. Getting a sunbed was a challenge. It’s nice there are rules in place, but I still ended up with a ticket once after a family meal. The location is excellent, directly across from the beach, offering easy access to sunbathing spots. The hotel did have some security staff, but I felt less secure knowing the back gates weren’t locked at night. Lastly, while the hotel’s noisy surroundings were a bit bothersome, it didn’t ruin my experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but the sunbed issue and the security concern were notable downsides.

We had a lovely surprise with a cake and Prosecco for our birthdays, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was superb, featuring a wide range of fresh options that satisfied our every craving. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. we enjoyed many days relaxing by the crystal-clear waters.

The lack of on-site parking can be inconvenient.

Although some guests were initially surprised by the hotel’s adult-only policy, the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. While the room was a bit snug, it was impeccably clean and comfortable. During the stay, the rooftop bar served fantastic cocktails that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Had a relaxing getaway with my partner. The room offered breathtaking views, and the food prepared with fresh local ingredients made for delightful meals. However, the pool area felt cramped, and it would be beneficial to reserve sun loungers early. Overall, a good experience with minor drawbacks.

The views from my room were amazing, with the sea sparkling under the sun right outside my window. I loved lounging by the infinity pool at the sky bar, feeling the gentle breeze and soaking up the amazing ambiance. Breakfast was a spread to remember. I indulged in everything from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets, a feast fit for a vacation!

Just a decent option for a couple of nights in Palma Nova with good value for cost. The breakfast had a large selection and was a great start to our days. Tip, Get to the pool early to secure a sun lounger since they fill up fast.
